A FORMER nuclear bunker is on sale in Lancashire for about £250,000. The 15,000 sq ft property on Langley Lane, Goosnargh, near Preston, opened in 1962 when it was used by the Royal Observer Corps during the Cold War.
With up to 50 rooms on two levels, a car park and two decontamination rooms, estate agent J H Walter said it was "an unusual property".
Surveyor Rob Ward, of the Lincoln-based firm, said: "If Doctor Evil is looking for a new lair, then this is it."
