I'VE got a brilliant idea for all those awful neighbours evicted by court order for their unacceptable lifestyles.
Put them all together, next door to each other, in one area. That way, they can "enjoy" at first hand the kind of miserable existence they have been routinely doling out to their former neighbours.
Mind you, some of them are so thick-skinned they wouldn't recognize anti-social behaviour if it came up and bit them on their backsides.
