A LEIGH motorist accused of causing the death of a pedestrian by dangerous driving appeared at Liverpool Crown Court.
Adam Isherwood, aged 22, of Westminster Drive, Leigh, is alleged to have caused the death of Brian Kedward by driving a Vauxhall Calibra dangerously on November 29 in Lord Street, Leigh.
Isherwood was remanded on bail on Monday until June 14 when he is expected to enter his plea.
