FIREFIGHTERS were called to rescue a teenager who had become stuck 25 feet up a tree in Farnworth.
Sean Myatt, aged 15, had climbed the Oak tree on waste ground near to Clifton Street but became stuck.
Fire crews used a ladder to rescue the boy, who was shocked but uninjured, at 7.30pm last night.
A fire spokesman said: "He had been with friends and I think he just froze. He was very grateful and a bit embarrassed, especially with his friends watching."
