MOTORISTS face delays on the busy M60 after work began to widen the motorway.
The second phase of the £102 million project will mean a temporary road layout.
Three narrow lanes will be introduced as well as a 40mph speed limit. Work has started to widen what has become a bottleneck at junctions five and eight, between Brooklands and Stretford in Manchester.
