FOR the last few weeks I have been reading the Bolton Evening News about your "Bin it for Bolton" campaign and I had an idea.
I think the council should go around Bolton and make a film about what can happen if the people of Bolton carry on littering.
Then they should go around the schools in Bolton and show the film.
