WELL done, Bolton businessman Geoffrey Torkington! Not only do you finally get satisfaction, but also stand up to the big firms, especially a city council.
Now if it had been the other way round, they would have got their monies immediately. The money will have to come from somewhere, and yet again the taxpayer will probably have to fork out for another Government blunder.
