WHEN Bolton Lads and Girls Club teamed up with a motor company, they got more than just a bag of crisps each.
Gordons Ford (Bolton) Ltd handed over 2,000 packets of Walkers Crisps, which the Spa Road club used to bag a handful of cash.
The car firm had been handed the packets of crisps as part of a promotion to win a car.
Youngsters have been buying the packets for 10p each, raising £200 for the club's coffers. The money will go towards new equipment.
Pictured above are members of Bolton Lads and Girls Club enjoying their crisps. And Roy Ganley, group general sales manager , is pictured right with club members Ryan Jeffers, aged nine, Matthew Brindle, aged 10, and Georgia Kennedy, aged six.
