A training day for educators is setting out to explore the best way of highlighting litter problems to young people.
The Education 4 a Greener Future Training Day aims to encourage pupils to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle their rubbish, both in school and at home.
The training session is on Saturday, April 17, and will be held at Penwortham Environment Education Centre, just outside Preston.
It is aimed at rangers, youth workers and other educators.
The session will begin at 10am, lunch will be provided and it will finish around 4pm.
The cost of the day will be £10 for anyone working with young people in Lancashire
(£30 for those outside Lancashire).
