BOLTON and District Citizens Advice Bureau is urging people to help their community by volunteering to become an advisor.
Citizens Advice Bureaux delivers advice and information about everything from consumer problems, debt and benefit issues to housing and employment. Advice is free, confidential and impartial.
Training and recruitment officer Helen Barton-Hanson said: "With the end of the Easter holidays, many people will be looking for new ways to fill their time. Our theme is help at the heart of your community and we need more volunteers to keep services running in Bolton."
Anyone interested can attend an information session at the Bureau in Mawdsley Street on April 20 at 2.30 pm. Call 01204 900210 for details.
