EAGLEY strengthened their chances of claiming the runners-up spot in the West Lancs Premier Division with a 3-1 win at Milnthorpe Corinthians.
Carl Grimshaw put Eagley in front in the 35th minute, before Craig Taylor's 25-yard volley made it two after the break.
James Hamer added a third on the hour mark, and Eagley were comfortable winners despite a late Lee Mason consolation goal for the Cumbrians.
