A FAMILY have been given six weeks to get out of their home after the Appeal Court heard a teenager's violent behaviour terrified his neighbours.
Damon Ashton, aged 17, from Hus Street in Droylsden, was made the subject of an anti-social behaviour order a year ago.
Tameside County Court approved an eviction order, suspended for one year.
The Appeal Court ruled the judge was wrong to suspend the order, and has told the family to move out.
