SMALL businesses are spending more than they need on printing - while believing that they are saving money.
A survey by office equipment specialist Ricoh found 55 per cent of small companies restrict their colour printing - and often outsource - because of the perceived high cost of in-house printing.
Now Ricoh's local distributor, M&S Reprographics, based on Chorley New Road, Bolton, wants to show businesses how the modern generation of all-in-one printer / scanner / photocopiers can actually save money.
