THE residents in a number of areas of Birmingham are about to face the consultation exercise promised by the Post Office into the proposed closures of 47 sub-post offices.
Being as many people in Bolton have now experienced the closures, it would be a tremendous help to understand what it has meant to local people now they have been confronted with the reality of the closure.
It would also help to understand if the closures have had any effect on businesses situated near to the now closed post offices. Have there been any problems in obtaining any of the postal service forms or the like which one normally associates with the Post Office?
The help of readers would be much appreciated by Birmingham residents.
I would like to extend our concerns to any residents who have experienced any difficulties since closures.
