I HAVE been reading with interest over the past few weeks the letters that have been published about the behaviour of teenagers in Westhoughton.
I am outraged at the stereotype that all teenagers living here have been given due to a few idiots. I am a 15-year-old living in Westhoughton and I myself do not go out on a Friday or Saturday night terrorising the people of Westhoughton.
However, this does not mean that my elders do not think I am involved in the constant violent and abusive behaviour that goes on.
I value my education and do not play truant and I neither smoke nor drink heavily, so please stop tarring the other respectable teenagers and me in Westhoughton with the same brush.
