A THIRD person has been arrested in connection with the death of four railway workers hit by a runaway trailer in Tebay, Cumbria.
British Transport Police said the 42-year-old man from Chorley was arrested at a police station on suspicion of manslaughter.
He was being interviewed by police and was expected to be released later on bail.
Police arrested a 42-year-old man from Anglesey and a 27-year-old man from Maidstone, Kent, on Tuesday, also on suspicion of manslaughter. They were bailed until May 6.
