ROAD closures in Bolton Road, Bury, after a fire at the National Tyres firm on Wednesday were lifted yesterday afternoon.
Police sealed off routes around the A58 Bolton Road for 24 hours on Wednesday afternoon to allow acetylene cylinders in the premises to cool down.
Diversions caused long delays for motorists. No one was injured.
