Nottingham,s convincing win against Manchester maintained their unbeaten run against Phoenix this season. Panthers first two goals came within the first ninety seconds of play, with first Lee Jinman and then David Struch

finding the net.

David Kozier pulled one back for Manchester two minutes later and by the end of the period Nottingham had bagged two more through David Clarke and Mark Cadotte, with Chas Brandimore providing a second for Phoenix.

The second period saw just one goal apiece, but Nottingham continued their scoring spree after the break with a goal from Kim Ahlroos and two from John Craighead.
