DOZENS of families flocked to a fun day at Esporta fitness centre in The Valley, in aid of Derian House Children's Hospice.

A Bolton Wanderers shirt donated by the club and signed by all the players plus two Reebok Stadium match tickets were among the raffle prizes yesterday.

And the sporting theme continued with adults and children's five-a-side football games.

More energy was expended on bouncy castles and bouncy slides, while a magic show and face painting gave a chance for a breather.

Fitness instructor Richard Browne said: "It has been very busy. Bank Holidays are normally very quiet."
