VANDALS in Bolton tore up a grassed children's playing area before setting fire to the car they had taken.
Firefighters were called to Barlow Park, Astley Bridge, at 12.15am on Sunday to deal with the burning Mazda 323.
It is believed the car, which was destroyed, had been driven recklessly around the grassed area before being set alight.
