SOME months ago I wrote in criticising the inadequate provision of equipment on the recycling site of Safeway, Harwood, which regularly resulted in overspill on the ground, and thus resulted on Safeway staff clearing the refuse.
It is now seemly to write to express appreciation to those concerned for the much improved facility in recognition of the demand, because of the commendable recycling consciousness of the many residents of Harwood and district.
