A WOMAN has been brutally raped in her Greater Manchester home, police have said.
The attacker broke into his victim's house on Williamson Street in North Reddish. He then forced her upstairs and raped her.
The man escaped with some electrical goods and the woman's purse. Det Chief Insp Ian Foster said: "This was a terrifying and sustained attack."
