A NEW centre for people grieving over loved ones killed by manslaughter or murder was due to open today.
Patron Ken Dodd will unveil a plaque at the Merseyside headquarters of SAMM (Support After Murder and Manslaughter) in Athol Street, Liverpool. The organisation provides support and advice for those affected by the crimes.
The organisation is backed by police and the probation service.
