I agree with the letter in the Bolton Evening News on Wednesday, May 21, from an un-named reader.
I have to catch a 524 bus from Little Lever into Bolton every day for work and am appalled at the service. It is never on time; would-be passengers have to wait for anything from 15-45 minutes for a bus.
I have complained numerous times to GMPTE, but nothing is done about this shoddy service.
The bus services in the Bolton area are going from bad to worse. I do not drive, so this is my only way of getting to work.
Maybe if the Bolton Evening News was to do a story and reported what we go through every day, then GMPTE would realise enough is enough and get their act together.
