SINGER Badly Drawn Boy and Phoenix Nights stars Dave Spikey and Paddy McGuinness will give a strong Bolton flavour to a free celebration of Manchester culture tonight.
The This Is Manchester extravaganza in Exchange Square from 6.45pm to 10pm is being held on the eve of the Champions League final as part of the 11-day festival Europa.
