JOSEPH Whittle, from Chorley, was the winner of our recent Adams competition and he gets £200 worth vouchers and gets entry into a national competition to find the cutest child in the UK. The runners up were Jack Berry from Wigan and Emily Rose Bennett from Westhoughton who each won £100 worth of vouchers.
