RADIO 1's One Big Weekend at Manchester's Heaton Park, will feature The White Stripes is was announced today.
The White Stripes have been added to the huge bill of bands performing at the massive party on Sunday May 4. The band complete a bill that includes The Stereophonics, Bolton's Badly Drawn Boy, Feeder, The Coral, Dirty Vegas and Aqualung.
Tickets for the free show will be available at Albert Square, Manchester, on Friday from 9am to noon. The Saturday event is dedicated to dance and the Sunday is given over to live artists and bands. Saturday will run from 3pm till 11pm, Sunday doors open at 11.30am until 7.30pm
