AIRLINES have been warned that they will face fines if their planes stray from agreed take off routes and cause noise.
Manchester Airport says 91 per cent of planes taking off are on target but they are determined to improve the statistics and are now monitoring planes more closely following the introduction of new hi-tech computer equipment.
