BOLTON North East MP Dr Brian Iddon has given his backing to health food manufacturers fighting directives due to be introduced from Europe.
The Health Food Manufacturers' Association says new regulations mean some products will be forced off the shelves and more than 300 nutrients in other products would have to be removed.
MPs are being urged to put pressure on the Government to oppose the new measures.
