ARSONISTS are being blamed for a fire which destroyed more than 200 wooden pallets in a Tyldesley yard.
Firemen had to work quickly to stop the blaze at S and H Pallets in Mort Lane spreading to nearby industrial units.
Vandals had started fires in several places around the yard just before 8pm and it took firemen over two hours to extinguish the blaze, which is estimated to have caused over £1,000 damage.
