A TEAM from The Community Fund and Action for Employment group, which was set up to improve people's lives, is to open offices and work with Bolton's black and minority communities.
The organisation, which aims to make a difference in businesses and the community by improving people's lives, also plans to open regional offices that will be open to everyone.
