BOLTON businesses are invited to battle for a top environmental prize at this year's National business Awards.
The Environment Agency sponsored award aims to recognise businesses that demonstrate outstanding environmental performance and innovation. It is one of the 24 awards due to be presented on November 11 at a gala dinner at London's Le Meridien Grosvenor House.
Judges will be looking for a clearly articulated and widely communicated environmental strategy that is incorporated into company business practice, together with innovative approaches to environmental management.
