A NETBALL team will be dressed for success when they go on tour in Barbados -- thanks to pop diva Kylie Minogue.
The Australian singer is advertising a new car across the world and so a Bolton-based car dealership decided to get the town's own golden girls to promote the vehicle here.
Gordons Ford Dealership has also provided the Bolton School squad with new tracksuits for their trip to Barbados and will hang a portrait of the girls with the new Street Ka in their Higher Bridge Street showroom.
The girls' teacher, Kathryn Heatherington, said: "The girls can't wait to go to Barbados. It'll be an amazing experience.
"And thanks to the tracksuits earned as part of their advertising package they'll look great too."
The eight girls, who are all sixth-formers at the school, have beaten some tough teams in the past few years.
Now they will take on the cream of Barbados, a country with some of the best netballers in the world.
Roy Ganley, Gordons group business centre manager, said: "We were delighted when the girls came along.
"I'm sure they'll be driving their opponents to distraction with their new tracksuits when they get to Barbados."
