THE Food Standards Agency -- a body that works to protect people's health and the interests of consumers in relation to food -- is inviting people see how it operates at the Jarvis Piccadilly Hotel, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester, on Thursday February 13, between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
