BUSINESS telephone manufacturer Interquartz (UK) Ltd has broken into the Russian market.
The Bury company has been appointed to supply telephone handsets to one of the country's Government departments.
Interquartz hands-free speaker-phones are being installed throughout the country for the Ministry of Taxes.
Charles Williams, Interquartz's new business development manager, said: "The handsets are being deployed as part of an overall upgrade of their telephone system."
The order follows another for phones for the new World Trade Centre in Dubai.
