I AM dismayed and shocked walking through Farnworth, at the rubbish strewn all about and in the park, along with dog muck galore!
Dog owners pay little notice of boards at gates telling them to keep dogs on leads and not to mess! If these people are asked to do so, one gets abuse and threats!
No wonder council tax goes up every year, cleaning this mess up of uncaring people, bad parents who let their children mess the streets up with cans, takeaway remnants, crisp bags etc.
Schools should do something with their pupils and train them to not rubbish their environment. Where has the pride of the people gone.
The UK as a whole is a disgrace. Dirty messy rubbish everywhere, and it is costly. Let us clean it up.
