LIFE-SIZED oddities Sully and Mike caused a monster of a commotion at Bolton's giant coffee morning.
The popular characters from the hit film Monsters Inc went down a treat at the Mayor's charity Christmas fair in aid of Bolton Coronary Care Appeal 2002.
Hundreds of festive shoppers turned up at the Albert Halls for the event which raised £3,000.
But Sully and Mike stole the show, especially for the children who flocked to have their pictures taken with them.
The characters had been donated by Bolton Asda to help attract as many people as possible.
The appeal, backed by the Bolton Evening News, aims to raise £1m to build a new heart unit at the Royal Bolton Hospital.
