PLANS to build a garage and workshop in Blackburn Road, a detached garage in Bolton Road and a kitchen, porch and conservatory in Brandwood Court, all Edgworth, have been lodged with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.
They are due to be discussed at a meeting later this month.
