TICKETS for Wanderers' game at Birmingham on Saturday, November 2 are on sale by postal application only.
Prices are £25 and £13 for concessions with season ticket holders producing vouchers from the Middlesbrough and Arsenal matches having priority.
Season ticket holders producing a voucher from Middlesbrough or Arsenal will have priority from Tuesday and those without vouchers from Wednesday.
Only one ticket will be available per season ticket holder.
Any remaining will be available to holders of Club and Lifeline memberships from Thursday; Club or Lifeline memberships from Thursday and open sale from Saturday, October 26.
Applications should be addressed to: Ticket and Membership Office, BWFC, Reebok Stadium, Lostock, Bolton BL6 6JW enclosing the correct details and remittance.
