NOW the festival season is over we need more musical events to look forward to, so it's a good job the Smash Hits Tour is coming to the Manchester Arena, isn't it?

If you are addicted to pop then you won't want to miss this event, which boasts more stars than you can poke a glowstick at.

Where do I start? Well, there is the rather attractive Samantha Mumba, who recently released the single I'm Right Here. Then, along with Milk Inc, there is Lasgo, who recently had a hit with Alone and those boys from Busted, whose teen guitar track What I Go To School For also made an impact on the charts.

Ian Van Dahl will be appearing, plus So Solid's Romeo, and there will be a Pop Idol presence, as ever, from the tallest man in music, Darius Danesh, who'll be making sure there's a lot of love in the room.

Terrific twosome H and Clare will be performing and there will also be an appearance from those foxy Sugababes.

There will also be the chance to catch a set from Danni Minogue, who looks set to re-launch her pop career while sister Kylie takes a back seat.

Danni has been in the shadow of her sister for a while now, and while she is never likely to reach the heights that her sister has managed, it is clear from her recent songs that a certain style runs in the family.

If all of that sounds too good to be true, well, it isn't. All you have to do is get hold of a ticket, and you might not even have to pay for them! Yes, it might seem like Christmas has come at once, but if you log onto www.smashhits.net you have the chance to win freebies, plus you can also win tickets to the televised Smash Hits Poll Winners Party at London Arena on November 24!

Now don't say we're not good to you...
