MANY local people still play hockey - but I'm sure that they don't still dress like this! The photograph was taken in February, 1938, and shows a busy scene in the Eagley when Eagley Mills played TB Lee's Bolton Sunday School Social League final of the JP Steele Cup.
Eagley emerged winners of the game.
