SWS Financial Services Ltd in Chorley New Road, Bolton, have appointed Geoff Bowling (pictured) as office manager.
He is responsible for the administration, communication and delivery of stringent customer service levels. Mr Bowling spent eight years with Bradford & Bingley as a manager.
SWS director Barry Beckett said: "Geoff's appointment is pivotal in our expansion.
"We have invested significantly in technology over the past 12 months and identified the need to have somebody with Geoff's skills to pull it all together."
