A NEW name and image for a firm of chartered accountants gave a £1,000 boost to Wigan and Leigh Hospice.
Partners and staff of John Fairhurst & Co in Wigan raised the cash to commemorate the unveiling of their new name and look. The cheque was presented to Wigan Athletic manager Paul Jewell and Wigan Warriors head coach Stuart Raper. The business has re-branded as fairhurst. Partner Jim Weston said: "The unification of our services under the Fairhurst name will support our objective of delivering more for our clients."
