PAUL Norris, who runs Bolton-based business development consultancy PNC, has been appointed chief executive of Rossendale Hospice. He will split his time between the hospice and PNC, which he established in Heaton in 2000.
Mr Norris is also a board member of RBCL and Bolton & Bury Chamber.
