A MAN accused of making threats to kill against his former partner has appeared before Bury magistrates.
Neil Preston, aged 33, who now lives in Rusholme, has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Preston is alleged to have made threats against Rochelle Joanne Connor in Ramsbottom in July. The case was adjourned until August 27 and conditional bail was given.
