A PARTIALLY-sighted deaf and dumb pensioner was robbed as he sat enjoying the sunshine outside his Manchester home.
A thief rifled through the 81-year-old man's pockets in Victoria Square, Ancoats, escaping with cash and keys on Wednesday afternoon, a crime described by police as "cowardly".
Police said: "It was a very cowardly act."
