POLICE have released "shocking" pictures of three small boys, one as young as six, building a massive barricade on a railway line at St Helens.
They put a shopping trolley, tyres, tree trunks and traffic cones on the track, with a train just minutes away. The boys, who were filmed by a local resident, were arrested but were too young to be charged.
