I HAVE never heard such rubbish from our Government who are supposed to be clever men, to bill householders £1 per bag in a bid to tackle the problem of the growing waste mountains.
It won't solve it. It will make it worse. People will be dumping rubbish all over the place. We already pay for collections via council taxes. The powers-that-be can't seem to solve simple problems with all the technology we now have. What's gone wrong? The Post Office is losing money, millions of pounds.
Where are we going to finish up? We are in a hell of a state. The country has gone downhill fast and nobody can seem to come up with some solutions.
