READING about Mr Barnes' problems with the rail service in Bolton, we are very pleased with the service we get.
We booked at the ticket office in Bolton on Tuesday for travel on Friday. They booked us reserved seats on a through train to Birmingham. Having to change at Birmingham for Kidderminster, we needed help and assistance was waiting for us, taking our luggage to the other platform and also seeing us on to the train.
This was the same on the return journey, as it is each time we go.
We call this a very good service.
