TWO solicitors have left James Chapman and Co in Manchester to form their own practice in Bolton.
David Johnson and Dominic Timmons now run the Johnson Timmons Partnership in Chorley Old Road.
They specialise in claimant personal injury cases involving road accidents, occupational disease and workplace accidents.
David's wife, Sandy, who also previously worked at James Chapman, is the office manager and Dominic's wife, Alison, works part-time on marketing and accounts. David and Sandy live in Tottington and Dominic and Alison live in Adlington.
The firm expects to be recruiting lawyers by the end of the year.
